Ist vom griechischen Verkehrsministerium und viiiiiel zu lesen (in englisch), für Dich wohl hauptsächlich Punkt 05.
Außerdem steht in der Antwort: The paperwork is gruelling but the nice people at KEP will talk you through it. As far as the lessons part is concerned, can't help, but surely one of the many driving schools will be a good starting point?
